Inspired by the much loved American sandwhich, these cupcakes are made using a light peanut butter sponge which is filled with strawberry jam and topped off with a delicious peanut butter frosting. They are finished with a drizzle of jam and a sprinkle of crushed salted peanuts for added crunch and yumminess!
